ULTIQA Air On Broadbeach

Fantastic location, view and amenities. Great size for a family with large lounge/dining, full kitchen and roomy bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. Amazing view of the ocean with balcony. Loved having the convenience of Oasis downstairs with supermarket and family friendly dining options so close by. So great to have parking included. Would definatley return.

The location of this property is prime! Fantastic for families, couples, singles and definitely shoppers! I have stayed in this property multiple times over the years and every stay is wonderful.

The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was a great size for family of 5 and only a short walk to beach, parks, supermarket and cafes. Highly recommend!

Our apartment showed signs of wear & tear, mismatching crockery & cutlery, cracked glasses, considerable amounts of dust on the spotlights that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years etc. What made the experience significantly worse was the incredibly poor customer service by reception staff (Craig). We received our mid stay notice informing us of our towels and sheets change. After placing our towels on the floor to be replaced we arrived back to find a notice that there wasn't a linen delivery, and we had to wash our own towels and our sheets wouldn't be changed. To add to this, two of our four towels and one of our bath mats were taken away despite the notice saying that all towels were left in the apartment. We travelled with several family members and they lost towels in their apartments too. We explained the situation and asked reception for two replacement towels for the ones that were taken away, only to be told they still had no fresh towels that could be given out and that we would be given some later. We asked whether we could expect our sheets to be changed during our stay and were rudely told that linen service only happened every five days and that we had already had our apartment serviced. Upon checkout we wanted to discuss our feedback, but Craig again was obnoxious and short with us. While on the phone he gestured with his hands for our keys and gave a business card and told us to email our feedback 'if we feel like it'.

Spacious for a family. Had specifically booked for the views of Q1 and GC but this was not provided and instead had to look onto neighbouring building. Hence accommodation not as advertised.
