Best Western Plus Hotel Diana

Situated conveniently close to the hospital, this hotel proved to be a haven during a challenging time for our family. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and efficiency. The staff members were not only professional but also incredibly kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, making us feel welcome and supported during our stay. One aspect that truly stood out was the hotel's generosity in allowing our family members to park on the premises. This gesture alleviated a significant burden during an already stressful period, allowing us to focus on what mattered most. The hotel itself was immaculate, with comfortable accommodation and modern amenities that enhanced our overall experience. We are truly grateful for the hospitality extended to us and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very family friendly

I chose this hotel due to close proximity to Mater hospital, flying in from interstate as had family member critically ill at Mater. The adjacent food options and mini mart for groceries was perfect. My sister ordered the buffet breakfast and ate like a king, lots of options. Rooms lovely.

Perfect place to stay if needing the children’s hospital.

This is an awesome hotel and I spent some of the time and a meeting with others from around the country and a few days with a family member. Everything flowed smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. I love the 24 hour Desk service that is there now (and the new mattresses). The staff are fantastic, particularly Kirsty, Dani and Stella. The hotel is very central and close to hospitals and food. Make sure you eat at Boo's Kitchen. You won't taste anything better anywhere. My friend described it as my home away from home and she's right!

My family and I like the hotel. We alqays stay here.The rooms are clean, it's in a convenient location close to everything and staff are friendly and helpful.

Only concern was the broken pool gate. It us a HIGH risk should a child wander off and fall into the water and drown.

Went to Brisbane for work and family catch up after two years. Hotel was located half way between the two. Staff were very helpful and efficient and facilities were perfect for me.

We stay here as it’s in walking distance to the childrens hospital. The staff are always friendly, rooms clean and always a good buffet breakfast.
