Royal On The Park

Good location to CBD and gardens. Hotel is dated and could use a face lift, but it worked on for a few days for a family in Brisbane.

Beautiful stay for wedding accommodation, the staff were absolutely amazing, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Pleasant stay for 2 nights with the family. Hotel has charm but the rooms feel dated. The pool area was nice and the breakfast was great. Loved being located next to the botanical gardens, which was a great place for a morning walk. Close enough to the shops and a nice walk through the gardens to get over to South Bank. Overall, a nice stay.

Don’t normally write reviews but just worth mentioning a few things. No bed, linen or towel for our child. Discovered bar fridge was turned off morning 1 when we went to make a coffee. Mini fresh milk had long since gone off so no coffee. Asked for replacement milk day 1 but never arrived so no coffee morning 2. Lots of city cafes closed due to redevelopment & Easter so limited options for breakfast. Dine in breakfast day 2 was good, as was all other aspects of our stay.

Great for families traveling internationally. Beautiful location, great breakfast, amazing pool and convenient.

Royal on the Park is old school luxury. The rooms are clean and modern - just decorated with old school taste. This is an excellent hotel at a good price. The service is excellent and the staff is attentive. We ate one meal and had a few drinks in the lobby bar. If you ask, you can order some food items from the restaurant menu that are not listed on the bar menu - which was handy when my family just wanted a quick informal meal. They made very good iced coffee for my daughter in the morning. We are one late dinner at the Walnut restaurant on a Sunday evening. It was an elderly crowd that appeared to be regulars. Our meal was ex$cellent The location is beside the botanic gardens, near the river walkway, and near Queen Street, so is convenient and quiet.

So convenient and a great location for a family wedding.

We loved our 2 night stay with our toddler. The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean and the bathroom modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had the buffet breakfast and it had an amazing variety of foods for the price. We couldn’t fault anything about our stay.

Great hotel for families with good size of rooms and a nice pool area. Would recommend it to others anytime.
