Had a fantastic stay with my kids for the Paul McCartney concert. Service was excellent, food was delicious and a very comfortable room. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Brisbane!

A lady got stuck in the elevator for one hour and after they managed to get her out they opened it up again and then my partner and my infant son got stuck in there direclty after for 30 min. The staff did not appear to hurry to fix this issue and to make it worse my son was coming back from the hospital after a major surgery. The crying caused him to tear his gums near the surgery site. Terrible. Elevators are terrible in this building.

This is a SORRY hotel as you ask anything the response is SORRY 😞 this property needs to close down and waste people money n time showcasing fake photos as hotel is no where even close to what it shows on the internet. Terrible stay n such a waste for our family vacation time!

Outdated hotel. All rooms in close vicinity to the also dated lifts are extremely noisy. The 11th floor with access to the stairs to the pool is like a playground throughout the day with constant traffic of kids running up and down the corridor. Front reception staff seemed annoyed at my request to move rooms and seemed overwhelmed at times

We absolutely enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel as a family of 4. A very short stroll into town with a great bar and restaurant. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall fantastic value for money compared to the other higher priced options. Would stay again. Thank you.
