Conveniently located in the CBD, good for a short stay, the room was clean, the kids enjoyed the small swimming pool.

The worst service I have ever experienced in a hotel. Staff do not appear to have any idea what they are doing and no customer service skills. Staff were unhelpful to several guests. Booked for an additional night and paid well above what the hotel was worth as a gift for my adult children only for staff to tell them on day 2 they had over stayed there booking and were required to leave the room. No real apology from staff over the mix up took 3 trips to reception to sort out after there room keys were then deactivated and could not access the room with there belongings in it.

Staff gave 100% customer service. I would defiantly recommend the Pullman to my family and friends. We had a great stay at the Pullman. I will come back for sure.
