This was a wonderful hotel. Great staff and service. Unfortunately we had animal view rooms, but the koala never moved by the windows of either of our rooms. One suggestion would be more food options for kids on the menu.

It is a resort hotel near the city in Mosman. The service and environment are much better and comfortable than the 5 stars hotel in the inner city. We book an ordinary room since We could not book the animal room online. We are so lucky we can upgrade to the animal room without cost. There are 2 koralas we can see from our room. The young one is very active in the morning and walk between 3 trees to search the fresh leaves for breakfast. It is the first I see korala walks and I never forget this moment. The large lounge is semi-circle, and we can see the harbour bridge and opera house. We are so relaxing and comfortable by sitting both inside and outside. We spend most of time there (dust and after fine dinner) at the first day of arrival. The view is stunning, and birds are flying just in front of you. The Zoo is well maintained, and we have 2-day pass which is connect with the resort hotel. We can go in and out by many times through a special entrance. I and my young adult daughter enjoy the day very much. There is something need to be aware if you have big bags or immobility. All the lifts are not working, form the Taronga wharf up to the main hotel entrance. I can see people carry the baby chairs struggle with the steps and deep slope. Taking ferry from circular quay is extremely convenient. 2 ferries per hour and it takes about 25mins ride.

We were a family of 4 adults and two toddlers staying in interconnecting animal view rooms. So lovely to wake up to a koala nestling in a tree outside your window! Great access to zoo on the day we arrive and our checkout day and so relaxing to be able to return to the lounge area with spectacular views of the harbour whenever we wanted. Breakfast overlooking the harbour included!!! A must do.

We stayed 1 night with our 2 year old daughter. Would highly recommend to parents with young kids it’s a fabulous way to see the zoo without an exhausting day. We were able to see the animals when the zoo was quieter. The staff were wonderful and did everything possible to ensure a great time. As we were staying with our toddler we ate in the lounge for dinner the food was pretty poor - probably the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Breakfast the following day in the restaurant was fantastic and made up for the dismal overpriced pizza slop from the night before. That would be my only complaint everything else was perfect.

It was much weaker than the zoo expected on the family trip It is a room designed to allow three to four rooms to see one koala. We could see koalas for a second Test your luck!!!!!!

Easy access in and out to the zoo. Excellent breakfast buffet, Nice dinner menu at the hotel resort, but limited for kids. Some guests used Uber eats to satisfy the picky eaters.(kids) excellent hotel staff went above and beyond. fantastic views from the restaurant level of Sydney Harbor. Nice sunset views of the skyline. all around excellent stay no issues. Just watch out for the cobwebs in the outer hallways.

Right in the zoo. Out your door and your in the middle of zoo. Some animal noise at night. Limited dinner menu. Not for picky kids.

Lovely stay, would definitely book again. Convenience was amazing. If anything just a few more snack items on the menu from the bar, we rather as a family the more casual dinning then fine dinning.

Highly recommend. Perfect experience for my grandchildren. Included two days at the zoo. Buffet breakfast. 2 tours one in an exclusive nature zone inside the retreat. Up close and personal with many native Australian animals. Rooms were luxurious. Ours overlooked the red kangaroo enclosure.
