Radisson Blu Aruba

This property has a beautiful infinity pool for adults only. It also has family pools. The shuttle service to Momba beach was convenient. Jose was very helpful. There are many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are quite spacious!

The Radisson Blu is perfect for me and my family … The two bedroom is the best option for me and my family.

A very nice facility with great positive staff (shout out to Santos!) and a mixed crowd of young and old and families etc. 3 pools to choose from including adult infinity pool. The beach is a 1 minute shuttle ride or 5 min walk from the hotel. Come early as chairs umbrellas are first come first serve; but beach attendant Jean-Marc does try to accomodate all.

Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s a real hidden gem compared to the more well known hotels that stick you in cramped rooms and give you half a balcony or less. The Radisson blu rooms are amazing and spacious and not cramped like most of these expensive hotels where you get a mediocre room as you are paying for the property to be on the beach but The amenities here are really good too. They have an adult only roof top pool so you don’t have to see or hear children which is super relaxing and a pool on the ground floor for those staying with families. The roof top pool gives you a beautiful view of the water and amazing sunset views which most hotels don’t give you. I’ve stayed at other hotels that were on the beach and I’d would chose the Radisson over them any day. The room itself is the big reason but the adult only roof top pool is a huge plus too.

I enjoyed the clarity and tranquility of the hotel. Santos and David were very accommodating. We met these two gentlemen on our first day at the hotel and they were pleasant and hospitable. Their hospitality is enough to encourage anyone to visit again. My family loves Aruba, and we are looking forward to our next trip.

Love the friendly staff and the strip is alive with so many restaurants, stores and entertainment. I have been here 4 times and will definitely be back with my family.

Everything was great. Service was top notch. It was nice and quiet and felt safe. Pool was clean and serene. The hot water jacuzzi area was spacious and the background music was great and added to the ambiance. Everyone was courteous and accommodating, from front desk to service/maintenance staff. Hotel is not on the beach but it’s just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and entertainment are close by and very accessible. Rooms were comfortable and just the right size. It didn’t feel cramped by any means for our family of four. The only problem I had was the exterior windows of our island view room. They were really dirty to the point where I didn’t want to look outside. I wanted to complain about it but was there to relax and didn’t want a confrontation. In hindsight, I wish we had gotten an ocean view with a balcony but it was cost prohibitive.

The property is nice and the suites are spacious and very clean. My disappointment is the ambiguity around late check out. I was charged $100 because I was 45minutes late arriving at the front desk for checkout. The contract that was signed at arrival had no mention of this policy except that check out is at 11am. I asked for late check out and I was granted until 11:30am but with the two little kids I didn’t make it to the reception to hand in my keys until 12:30. Very sad to end on a bad note so beware of this policy about the upcharge. The staff was not trying to accommodate at all and when I asked to speak to a manager they said they are not working that day. I really enjoyed our stay and was hoping to return but the treatment at the end made me reconsider unfortunately.
