This was our 13th visit to this property. We love the staff and all of the amenities. We also love that many of the same people return on the same weeks so it’s like visiting family. The staff is always there to help no matter what you need. We’ll be there next year again.

This property needs a full renovation. Everything is falling apart. It smells bad and is in a terrible condition. Even the beach is green, the pools are filthy. The staff is cold and not friendly unlike the reputation of the island. The room was hazardous especially that I had children with me. The bathroom had plumbing issues, they came to fix it twice and still wasn’t fully functioning. The towels were old and way overused. Beds were uncomfortable, made noises and the dresses were literally broken. This place left a very terrible and ruined my summer vacation with my family.

Fungus in washroom, Crack on balcony floor, stayed 3 days and cleaning service came once only. No food around and taxi charges are really high. Not a great place for family with Kids. I will suggest choose other resort.

Property was beautiful and we really enjoyed ourselves. The beach was pleasant and we liked the location- quieter but close enough to the strip. Recommend the resort to limit palapa “ saving” and disallow children to be at the swim up bar.

I usually choose all inclusive but wanted to stay with family who had a time share here. Overall it is an aging resort and an older quieter crowd but the beach is nice and the rooms are comfortable. No real service ..

Hotel room was very musty smelling. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Loved the beach and pool area. Waiters and hotel staff were wonderful. Some family members had issues with rooms, i.e. wrong room assignment, no hot water in room; incorrect reservation for length of stay. All matters were corrected in two days. Nonetheless, very stressful. Overall, great time.

Beautiful resort. I love the private beach though I wish they wouldn’t allow smoking because people are so inconsiderate. Leaving cigarette butts everywhere and smoking on the beach with kids around. There was also a storm which the kitchen wasn’t prepared for. They had 3 poor women working all night making cheese sandwhiches because everything else was closed. Very little food options and food waits were over an hour long. I understand it was a tropical storm but I don’t like the way this was handled at all. It was hard to get breakfast the next day too and there aren’t restaurants or stores nearby. Service at Divi, other than the storm day, was great. I definitely recommend for a family who doesn’t want to overspend on an all Inclusive package.
