Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino

This hotel is beautiful, it has so much to offer within the hotel and also located close to other restaurants and shopping. The beach is absolutely beauttiful!!! It also has a pool for families and another pool for adults which is more quiet. The aspect we loved the most was the service staff in all restaurants and bars, everyone was suoer nice.

Really nice resort. Loved everything, stayed there couple times both with and without kids. Highly recommend.

I was not happy that there was a constant smell of sewage. I looked it up on the internet and it has been a problem for over a year. The beach water was not clear, and it was an uncomfortable feeling when in the water and the smell of sewage is all around you. Also within a few feet of the water the sand was off. There was something mixed in the sand that mad you also feel uncomfortable. Lastly there is too much activity with boats and activities directly in front of the hotel made it feel very commercial not relaxing. I just wanted to sit on the beach and look out into the ocean without any obstructions or commotion. I spent a lot of money to come to Aruba on vacation with my family, I was very disappointed. Most of the families on vacation all spoke about the same thing every day at the bar, dinner in the water. I was a constant conversation amongst hotel guests and residence that live on the island and work there.

Property was great although family pool was a bit crowded. Adults only pool is great. Internet needs improvement and we had one other issue when the power and running water shut off for a few hours.

Love this property. More modern updated vibe. Conveniently located across from the shops, restaurants and night life. Yet still felt exclusive. Wonderful adult pool, modern vibe. Big enough beach with Palapas which you can reserve in advance. Some Palapas in the front row are $40 but you don’t have to rush to put your towel down. Ocean was clear and white sands. Riu seemed to have a tad more beach front. Mariott has more pools. This is a clean, chill, modern vibe. Many families as well. Hotels are located around you, so you can walk their boardwalk path and see visit the others. The food at the Hyatt for breakfast, lunch, and drinks was delicious. Did not eat dinner here. Staff was lovely, very friendly.

Our group of 5 had a marvelous time at the resort. The palapas, the family umbrellas, the staff, and dining areas are all wonderful. We love this property and hope to return soon!

It was an excellent stay that was perfect for our babymoon. The reservation system for chairs made the whole experience less stressful, far better than waking up at 6am to stake claim to a chair. The concierge Jacqueline helped us with booking a jeep to tour the island and gave us a perfect route to see most of the island that was also safe for pregnancy. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a tropical getaway.

Beautiful property perfect location had an issue with my key 2 times there got locked out of our room and then got double charged and bank flagged it as fraud so my card wouldn’t work for some of the stay THEN they had my check out different then what we paid for and was very rude to my children telling them their key didn’t work cause they were leaving paying so much a night I found it to be very unprofessional

The access to all the amenities was great and a very family friendly resort. What we didnt like was our bathroom was always overflowing with water after a shower and the flushing of the toilet took longer

This is the perfect location. Right in the middle of everything. Walk to the left one block and it’s full of Resturant’s, shops, and services. Walk to the right one block and it’s more Resturant’s, shops, and services. The new adult pool is gorgeous!!! The other pool has a upper and lower tier, a water slide, swim up bar, and a wading area if you just want to put your feet in the water or just let the tiny ones play in a shallow area. They offer all inclusive as an option. We didn’t utilize it. We met a lot of people who have been to Aruba many times and everyone said the Hyatt is by far the best resort. I highly recommend taking a private or ATV tour of the island. We did a private tour and it was worth every penny. 2 adults 2 kids under 12 ran around $350 plus a tip. Money well spent.
