The resort-style property consists of 3 custom-built rental units with amenities located in 2 ground floor houses on a large lot (12,500 sq ft) only few steps from the white sandy beach of Anna Maria on one side and right on the edge of Vista Lake on the other. The houses are arranged around a common, large, heated, saltwater swimming pool & spa in the shape of a Mickey Mouse.

The other apartments (that can also be booked separately or together) are:

One unit (Turtle Suite in the front house facing North Shore Drive) has one bedroom, the other 2 units (Manatee Suite, Pelican Suite in the rear house facing Vista Lake) have 3 bedrooms each.

Although each unit has its own private terrace/patio/pergola with private outdoor furniture and grills, there are plenty common areas like pool deck, giant chess board, putting green that can be used by all guests.

The ground level units with wide doors and low raise showers are handicapped friendly.

Air temperature and humidity in Florida can reach very high levels during the summer months. Our Air Conditioning Systems are regulated for both heating and cooling to ensure consistent and safe operation of the unit during your stay. Our AC thermostats can be set to cool at a minimum of 72°F during the summer and they can be set to heat the unit up to 78°F during winter months. These parameters are based on manufacturer and AC service technician recommendations, and they ensure that you will have the best possible stay with us, without interruptions.

The property was completely renovated 2019-2021.

On its West side AMI Beach Lagoon is one block from the beach, on the East side it borders to Vista Lake, where it has its own boat dock and a beautiful view. Vista Lake is one of the favorite places where Manatees gather especially in springtime.

All details are carefully designed and matched. No clutter and dust catchers on site. Individual art photographs locally produced by the owners are decorating the walls.

Due to health issues in the Owner's family, pets. service or emotional support animals are not permitted on this private property under any circumstances. This includes visitors of Guests. Any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for the Guest's expedited eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest will be made liable for specialized cleaning costs and any potential damage to the property and/or the health of other persons caused by the animal's
presence on the property.
