SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bradenton Downtown/Riverfront

Very clean, the room was very spacious which is important for our family of 5. We didn’t feel cramped at all. It was also great to have a restaurant and working laundry on site. We came for a last minute soccer tournament and it was very convenient.

Second time staying at this property in 2022. Great suite sizes to sleep our family of five. Will revisit in 2023. One recommendation I would make is upgrading the fitness facility with some free weights, squat rack, and stationary bikes, like a peloton or two. Otherwise can make it work and plenty to do outside.

The staff was very friendly and professional. We had a large family gathering and everyone spoke highly about the outstanding service we received. the location was beautiful.

This property is amazing. Very clean and in a very good location in the historic part of Brendeton downtown. You are right on the riverwalk which has gorgeous sunrise views. Amazing restaurants walking distance. You are about 25 min drive to gorgeous beaches. We especially enjoyed Coquina Beach. The best part about this hotel is the rooftop pool and bar. The pool is small but the views more than make up for it. We watched a gorgeous sunset every night. I will say that this hotel caters more to a business clientele, but we were there as a family with small children and also felt very comfortable. The free breakfast was good and the ladies working there kept the coffee and food quickly replenished. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice. A special shout out to the nice lady who closes the pool every night. She was so nice and personable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Sara the young lady who checked me in was outstanding! Greeted me with a smile in her voice and a great attitude. When I went to my room, I was opening the door when AJ from maintenance was opening from the inside. We startled each other, but had a good laugh. He informed me he was just cleaning air filters so I will have a comfortable stay. As he left, he said "My name is AJ, have a great stay. If you need anything from us, just ask. Around here, you are family." Wow, that is great customer service! I will be back on future trips!

Beautiful, clean and great location. The crews are nice and the room space is great for family.
