Terrible place to stay and terrible employees. They charged us 800 extra for having the kids (total of 4 ) for a king bed with couch, saying that was a 2 person room. Amenities are terrible, pool is dirty. The receptionist tricked us into paying almost double the amount we paid to expedia. Do not book this place!

Our Air conditioning didn’t work so no one slept well. Instead of fixing it they gave us fans. The room was wrong so our kids had to sleep on cots instead of real beds. There weren’t enough chairs or table space for everyone to sit down. Some of the lights didn’t work. The pool wasn’t heated, so we had to walk three properties over for a heated pool.

We stayed in the villas across the street. Clean with a small kitchenette, a walk across the street to the beach and exactly what we wanted on our family vacation. Mardy and her daughter, who run the property, are fantastic!!!!

This was a last minute overnight trip to the beach for me and my mother-in-law. She usually stays at a couple of different locations when she takes the grandkids to the beach. Since I wanted to pay for this trip I booked online and was able to pay for the night on this trip to the beach. Our room was fanatastic. No complaints! My only concern is for handicap accessibility. The elevator takes you to the upper floors but there are a couple steps down onto the actual room level. My mother-in-law had knee replacement a couple months ago and is just getting back into climbing steps so she did ok but what if she was not able to do the steps. Also, the use of the luggage cart is not very helpful. Once you get off the elevator you have to carry everything from the elevator door, down the 2 steps and then to where ever your room is located on that floor. Just saying the cart was more frustrating rather than helpful. I would stay here again. The resort fee is per visit rather than per night, which I loved. Overall I really liked the place even though we did not have a beach view. We just went out to the beach to get the wonderful view! There is a nice pool and sundeck as well.
