Modern, clean and spacious rooms. Staff were attentive, responsive and professional. Located in District 1 and walkable to many sights. Abundance of food options. It can get a little noisy at night. Bunny bar and Snug Pub located across the street are not family friendly. We used this hotel as a base for day trips to Vung Tau and the Mekong Delta. Received a free upgrade for one night. I would stay here again, but request a quiet room.

I had a family member pass that resulted in me postponing my trip to Vietnam. I was refunded flights, excursions, and more but this hotel claimed they could not issue a refund due to their policy. Imagine lacking that level of empathy that a policy triumphs over basic human decency. It’s a shame because I will eventually have to make my trip and while I had originally booked just one night, a simple decent gesture would’ve resulted in me staying there multiple nights.

Located in a good location in District 1. Did not like: noise from the bars below at night, room sandwiched between a family with playful children running about, being asked to check out 1 day ahead of schedule due to miscommunication between hotel and Expedia.
