Five stars hotel but the front desk agents and the valets is unprofessional without hospitality attitude. The valets are low key discrimination my parents because they didn’t dress up luxurious enough. Very disappointed with the way of the front employees treating my family especially to my parents. We pay 390CAD a night and they gave us unwelcome attitude.
