O'Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa

Our family had an unforgettable stay at O’Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa. The hotel’s classic and traditional look immediately caught our eyes, but what truly brought us into a state of relaxation was the delightful jasmine scent that greeted us as we walked into the lobby. We stayed 1 night in the premium connecting room, which was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The staffs were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, always ready with a smile. They provided excellent recommendations and tips about the local attractions and nearby restaurants, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of our morning was the breakfast buffet. The food was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from, and it set the perfect tone for the day. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the wonderful hospitality and charm of this hotel. We highly recommend O’Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa for anyone looking to experience comfort, relaxation, and a touch of traditional elegance in Ha Noi.

A great stay in Hanoi for my family of 5. The staff were very attentive and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. A great spot to access the Old Quarter.

This was one of the outstanding hotels in our two week trip through Vietnam. Located in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi, it is close (walking distance) to a number of good restaurants (casual and family-oriented). A currency exchange is nearby and you can start your stroll through the Old Quarter from the hotel front door. Ask the front desk for any info you need. We had the best customer service here and would definitely return to O'Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa. Cleanliness was superb!

Staff were super accommodating and kind. They were attentive to all guests and ensured we were taken care of. The location is central making walking to places easy and getting a grab quick. The staff were able to provide amazing recommendations and breakfast was also included. Room was spacious and exactly as pictured. The mini balcony to the front was a plus. Thank you so much for making my family’s stay memorable. I look to come back to Hanoi and stay at this hotel again!

This has been our best stay in South East Asia without question. The staff here are like family and greet you by name all the time! They definitely go the extra mile. Thomas looked after our airport transportation and offered us luggage storage and a shower before the night train after we returned from our Ha Long Bay cruise 2 days after checking out! Anna looked after us at breakfast every morning and made things very enjoyable. The hotel itself was very comfortable with a great bed and a very quiet room, totally blocking out the sounds of busy Hanoi. Super happy that we found The O'Gallery!

The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and the staff is very attentive and personable while also very professional. The hotel is small enough to have an intimate family feel to it. I highly recommend it.

Great stay in an excellent hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Nice, spacious and comfy rooms. Very good breakfast also careful about gluten allergy food. The staff was really really attentive to us as guests, quickly the staff remembered the namea of all four family members and gave us very good recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Very very helpful and service minded staff. Definitely a hotel we can recommend in the heart of Hanoi

Their warm smiles and attentive service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location in the Old Quarter is truly unbeatable. We were within walking distance of some of Hanoi's most iconic landmarks, charming shops, and vibrant street markets. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast selection at O'Gallery. The variety and quality of the breakfast offerings were impressive, catering to both local and international tastes. The convenience of having a spa right within the hotel was another delightful surprise. We wholeheartedly recommend O'Gallery to anyone visiting Hanoi.

We loved our stay at the hotel! Hanoi is a bustling city, but this hotel was a wonderful oasis. The staff was great from the beginning. They greeted us by name throughout our stay and were always willing to assist with any request. Jonathan was especially welcoming and helpful throughout our stay! The hotel manager at checkout named Thomas Nguyen personally drove to us to give us our child's stroller that we had forgotten at checkout. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. It was an easy walk to see all that you would want in the old quarter. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They can converse in fluent English which is very convenient especially when we needed directions to places of interest. The delicious buffet breakfast included an a-la carte menu which added to the variety available every morning. The staff always remembered our previous orders and asked if we would like to have the same. They treated us like a part of their family.
