My family of four really enjoyed the stay. The rooms are clean and the breakfast each morning was good. The pho was our favorite. However what really makes the difference is the staff. They are all amazing people who really care about your stay and we’ll being. Viet is also the most amazing tour guide. His food list was spot on for every place we tried, even better than YouTubers and other influencer recommendations. He also knows so much about Vietnam. He’s the perfect resource to bounce off Vietnam travel plan ideas. If you’re new to Vietnam, like we were, staying at the Bendecir is a smart choice because of everything they have to offer to make your trip in Vietnam that much more informed and enjoyable.

I stayed for two nights on a family trip. Although my English skills were broken,Jimmy, Sulli and another the staff were kind and I was able to spend a comfortable time. As expected from Royal Palace Hotel

Wow what a fantastic boutique hotel right in the hustle and bustle of the old town area. The hotel felt like an opulent sanctuary of peace and calm. The concerige tean were brilliant right from the check in experience right the to organising spa treatments and evening food tour. I will be sharing a strong recommendation with family and friends ti stay here when visiting Hanoi. Thank you team!

While looking for a place to stay in the old quarter with my family, I ended up making a reservation at Royal palace hotel, which I remember staying at before. When I came here with a friend in the past, although the old quarter accommodations have good locations, they feel a bit old, but this hotel seems to have been neatly maintained. In particular, it is a great advantage that all staff are friendly and eager to help especially sulli and jimmy. Because I had a baby and had difficulty moving around, I sat in the hotel lounge for a long time or ate at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious. The restaurant on the 2nd floor is also highly recommended <3

The hotel is definitely a highlight of our journey in Hanoi! Every staff is warm-hearted, they provided what we really needed during our stay, and made us an unforgettable family trip : ) Reasonable price, various choices of breakfast, excellent location, lovely decorations, and not to mention, irreplaceable hospitality.

Great location, easy walking to the Old & French Quarters. Clean and comfortable rooms, with excellent beds. Standard of cleanliness and maintenance is very high. Good breakfast buffet, with staff very proactive to offer a la carte Pho and/or Eggs. They were kind to our children, and always checked that everything was OK with our stay. Very good independent hotel which clearly takes pride in offering good service. Most impressive of all were the staff, and excellent leadership from Miss Jenny. From the minute of our booking, she was proactive to help to offer to organise airport transfers and tours. We know that she also provided very good and fair price, compared to what people from other hotels on our tours paid. She was proactive to recommend and reserve restaurants to suit our itinerary. Together with her staff she made our trip much easier - thank you!

There’s soo many great things about the hotel. The staff itself were soo accomodating and welcoming. They’re really passionate about their guest and how they can have a great stay in Hanoi. For me and my family, we stayed here for our first day in vietnam and the hotel offered soo much from transportation, pickups from airport, to tours around the area. The breakfast was very exceptional, the facilities are kept clean and rooms were also comfortable and quiet despite it being in the old quarter centre.

I had a quick layover in hanoi before my trip to halong bay for cruise. Check in was a breeze. Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked two double room with window. My parents room had problem with air condition and was fix immediately. The room is clean. Shower works perfectly. At breakfast, the staff voluntarily informed us and notified food that contain meat, so we can opt for the vegetarian choice for muslim. Location wise, its in the centre but the noise level was nil. This maybe due to weekday, so i cant comment on weekeend. All in all i will recommend this hotel. For family, couple, bussiness. Value for money 👍
