The room that we stayed in was decent in size and very clean and tidy. Toiletries were abundant and included all necessities. The breakfast had a decent variety. The staffs were really friendly and helpful especially Sulli. When we had to go to Halong Bay, my infant daughter was still having her cereal and pancakes. Sulli packed it for her so she could eat it in the van. Another very kind gesture. Whenever we would pass the lobby, all staff would greet us and was always ready to help us out in anyway.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Royal palace hotel. Location is convenient (Old Quarter), rooms are clean, staff is very helpful, and msot of all, we loved the breakfast buffet! Will definitely recommend and come back if ever we're in Hanoi.

the friendly and attentive staff. offer me the can from hotel to airport. was very helpful. i was there kinda sick because of the rain on my last morning - they were helping getting me the medicine and made sure im okay before going to the airport. surely will come back with my family trip!

I very glad to know Jimmy and he gave a lot of tips on my family trip plan before we arrived Hanoi. Good location and walking distance to night market during weekend. Superb!

Family of five visiting for a few days. Really great experience, very friendly staff, clean and family friendly room, and nice breakfast. Felt very safe and a great location. Thanks for a great start of our first trip to Hanoi and Vietnam!

A lovely hotel right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Rooms were a good size, we had a family room for 4 on two levels, and food was really tasty. However, the most stand out was the Reception staff who were the most helpful I have ever come across.
