Kind staff, some parts of the hotel appear worn down, great pool and hot tub for the kids, and the breakfast was a hit (fresh pancake maker).

We were told before we arrived that the hotel was under a renovation but that breakfast and the pool were still available. The pool was closed and we did get breakfast but it was very sparse. Nothing to drink but coffee and we were traveling with kids and we had to ask for enough food to feed our small group because the food trays were empty. I feel like we paid a lot of money for what we got.

The first room we were assigned wasn’t cleaned, so we had to go get a second room. The second room was on the first floor, and the window didn’t lock, which is so unsafe. We got a third room, the floors were unclean, the shower had not been cleaned, it was so gross. But by that point it was 11 at night and my kids just needed a place to stay. Don’t stay here, we will never again. We should have been given a full refund
