Holiday Inn Express Casper-Interstate 25, an IHG Hotel

The swimming pool is not open. Grandkids rode all day expecting to swim. I would have appreciated being notified in advance.

The hot tub was not working , which was ok but it was left not covered & we seen little kids standing by it trying to get into it. It was a safety concern

We stayed one night on our way driving across WY. The hotel was okay. Basic room and our window looked out to a parking lot. We had a room on the first floor right across from the laundry room which was fine except some employees were chatting outside for awhile. The hot tub was not working and the pool was a bit murky but the kids swam a bit. Breakfast was okay. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing was when arrived there was birds nesting in the covered drive up area. A guy sprayed the nests and my girls were all worried about the birds. Fine for a quick stop and stay for one night.

Typical HIE - clean, pool full of kids having fun - staff placed us in quiet spot and got needed rest for full day of travel next day. Nice staff, decent breakfast spread.
