Liked the ability to sit in lobby visit with family and eat our pizza

Kitchen staff was on holiday, so only a very limited and stale continental breakfast was available. Pool was overrun with families, and was about to close down for a month for remodeling. The hallways and rooms were dingy, and the carpets were delaminating. Bathroom in room was run down and in poor condition. $56 charge to have pet stay in room. Not worth the price.

It is not renovated as site says. Bathroom sink has a giant crack. Police and ambulances at 3am in halls. Can hear everything thru the walls—every single foot open and shut, neighbors tv, yelling kids in pool area. TV remote didn’t work. Breakfast is $10 per person extra including kids. Staff was less than excited to be there and just said yep we’re booked so can’t get things fixed.

It was a fantastic stay other then does need to be vacummed under beds we couldnt get phone to work it wasnt plugged in so we had pull stand out and found a toy from a child and a empty shot bottle and got phone plugged in. But would recommend this a five star as thats just little stuff that can be fixed. Appreciated staff and the awesomeness

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The only exception to this was breakfast the next morning. I had intentionally booked including breakfast, as to simplify the situation. When we got down to breakfast at 9am, we were greeted with a waitress saying "We're out of pretty much everything, but I guess you can sit down if you want eggs." I handed her our breakfast ticket for 3, and she put down 3 menus, and then proceeded to tell us everything they didn't have. Our options were French toast or omelettes, as long as we didn't want bacon or hashbrowns. I figured we might as well get something since I'd already paid for it, so my 2 kids each had an omelette, and I ordered French toast. I can't say much negative about the food, it was edible, but mediocre at best. Before finishing, the waitress came back to complain about the cooks, and put a check on our table, for almost 40 dollars. I had already had enough, and had little faith in the restaurant actually fixing anything, so we paid it and left. Not sure exactly what I paid extra when booking for, and it would have been nice if someone would have mentioned breakfast was extra. I would have taken my children somewhere they could actually order what they wanted to eat.
