Hampton Inn Rawlins

Was wanting a getaway and relaxing weekend. Got an ice cold pool and hot tub the first night the second night pool still ice cold hot tube was warm. Swimming is something we truly enjoy so it put a damper on the weekend. Our kids stayed across the highway at the Holiday Inn pool was very nice warm hot tub was hot would have been nice.

One of the criteria we had in choosing a booking was the pool & hot tub. The water was ice cold. The entire property also smelled like propane or natural gas. It looked like the fire sprinklers had gone off in the pool area so the doors were left open to the outside below freezing temps. It was very cold in the pool area. They had a bunch of fans and air movers set up in there. Kind of ruined the vibe, especially for the kids. I wish I had booked at one of the other hotels close by instead, or at least have been offered a discount or something by the staff. The place was clean though. The staff were polite (considering) & the breakfast was good.

Clean and comfortable for our family of 5. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Nice size rooms for a family

Everything was clean, our kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast had a variety of items to pick from for everyone.

We stayed at this property three years ago and it was outstanding, so decided to stay again. It was very disappointing. Check in staff were not around at check in time and had to continually shout to see if anyone was around. This is not acceptable in a quality property in the Hilton group. On the floor we were on children were continually banging the door to their room and dogs were barking all the time. As we were in bed would have complained but did not know the exact room number, and thought it would stop, it did not for several hours. On check out the same agent did not even ask did we have a good stay no response at all, completely indifferent. This hotel was not cheap but we deffinately got economy service. ,

Quick one night stay with family. Friendly staff, kids enjoyed pool, good breakfast. Overall great stay!

Appreciated the space for our family to play games together!

Breakfast was delicious! Check in was fast. Staff were friendly. Hot tub was warm and not hot but made it nice for my children to play in. Room was very nice and clean. Pillows were soft. Bed was a little on the firm side and not comfortable.
