The Lodge at Jackson Hole

The room looked nothing at all, like the rooms shown on their website. Those rooms had a view of something green, a working fireplace, and a very western design. Spacious and offering free breakfast… Our room was generic and white… The window overlooked a garbage dumpster. with an hour after check-in, I tried communicating with Hotels.com to see if we could cancel out of our four nights stay so we could salvage our family vacation stay elsewhere and establishment that looked like the one the Jackson Lodge portrayed on their website. Hotels.com pointed their finger at the lodge… And the lodge pointed their finger at Hotels.com. We found a room at a neighboring resort and left the lodge the next morning. I messaged Hotels.com to let them know we had to departed and that if Jackson Lodge wanted to go ahead and give it to somebody else they could. I’m disappointed in both parties and how you handled yourselves.

My family really enjoyed our stay

Large rooms for a a family of four with teenagers. Best complimentary breakfast I have ever had.

The room was spacious and nicely furnished. There is a jaccuzi (in the sun), a shallow pool (mostly for kids, and a sauna, which are nice after a day hiking. Breakfast offers the standard options (bagels, fruit, cereal, hot buffet). The only improvement for me woykd be to have decaff coffee pods as well as regular in the room.

The hotel had a good breakfast and my kids loved the pool and jacuzzis (outside and inside).

Staff was friendly, pool facilities were clean and fun for the entire family. Very good restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stay!

Our go to place when visiting family in Jackson. We have recommended to friends and they have enjoyed as well.

I sayed at the Lodge for the 1st time with my family of 4, in 2 rooms (double beds) this past week. PROS: 1. Convinent private shuttle provided by the Lodge that you can call most times after 9 or 10 am to take you/pick you up around town. 2. Hot breakfast served daily with really yummy thick bacon, eggs, potatoes, fruit, coffee and teas. 3. Friendly hotel staff. 4. Room food take-out option from the hotel's restaurant. 5. Nice rustic decor that was decorated for the holidays 6. Easy check in process...we were able to drop our luggage early before check in and walk around town. 7. Pretty view of the surrounding mountains from the room (we were on the 3rd floor) 8. Nice selection of basic meds and O2 and snacks at the front lobby if needed CONS; not many but we did notice 1. Some mildew around the shower ceilings in the bathroom 2. When we 1st arrived to drop our bags off, the ceiling had sprung a leak in the main lobby and began dripping profusely soaking the main walkway/carpet. They quickly began placing towels, by the time we returned for check in a few hours later the leak had pretty much stopped and the next day they had fans placed for drying. Overall, the Lodge at Jackson Hole is a good choice for families and had great views of the surrounding mountains and friendly staff. The property probably just needs some plumbing updates.

As soon as we pulled into the hotel we immediately knew it was nothing like the photos online ! We came in to the hotel, checked in . Nothing good or bad here . We go up-the stairs to our room it was awful. The carpet smelled horrible the beds and everything about it was just bad . I told my husband to just find us another hotel because I hated this one . My kids and husband said we can deal with it, because we will be out most of the time anyways . It wasn’t bug ridden or unhealthy . It was just old, ran down and not the Christmas experience we wanted . Or expected from photos! But we did stay . We had to go down and ask for towels . A family of four needs towels at least every other day . They didn’t come to get the dirty ones . We had to pile them up . It was just not a good experience. Besides the room another thing my family really disliked was the breakfast . It was literally nothing as described. The picture on the internet are a complete filter!!! Holiday inn has a better set up . But we got over it . Dealt with it . We would not ever go back .
