Great location, friendly staff, and a very authentic Jackson hotel. The Miller Suite was the perfect amount of space and set-up for a couple or family with young kids. We would definitely book again. Parking was very convenient as well. Only recommendation would be to have morning coffee out earlier than 7:15AM for the early risers.

Really nice stay for our family. 5 min walk to center of Jackson. Easy parking (hotel wasn’t that busy when we stayed). Room was cleaned everyday (not a given anymore in the post COVID world). We made dinner one night and the small kitchen had everything we needed. Washer/drier came in huge bc the snow. Grab n go breakfast was a bit underwhelming

We loved our stay here with the exception of two things. The biggest was the mattress and bedding was not very comfortable. For $300+ a night I would expect a more comfortable mattress and higher quality bedding. The bed was incredibly firm (not in a good supportive way) and the sheets almost had a rough papery feel. Second complain is barely a complaint, but there wasn’t a good storage space for luggage (I fully acknowledge my own nit-picky with this). The kitchen area was awesome. Bathrooms were great. Bath robes were dreamy. And it was perfect location. We would love to come back with our kids or other couples…just might bring our own comfy bedding 😏
