Best Western Devils Tower Inn

All family members woke up with bed bug bites. One washing machine out of two available was broken. Ice machine broken. Breakfast wasn’t even warmed up completely. Staff were not the friendliest. Very disappointed.

Hotel was nice. Continental breakfast was really good and had a lot of options from gluten free, dairy free, yogurt parfait bar, Belgium waffles and biscuits and gravy, with the typical breakfast options (cereal, pastries, toast, etc.) as well. We were told the pool was closed when we checked in at 3pm, due to an issue with how it was maintained over the winter and a “film” being on it. The staff who checked us in stated they have tried everything but nothing has worked to clear it up. The hot tub was still open and when we were in the hot tub at approximately 6pm a family came in to swim. We had told them how we were told the pool was closed and she said the desk clerk told her that he had fixed the pool issue. Not sure how he did that in 3 hours after telling us they had tried “everything” to fix the issue. You could still see a film floating on the top of the pool. Our room was spacious but definitely not clean. There was popcorn under the bed, that we could see when we walked in. There was a cup and popcorn behind the nightstand, as well. There were only three towels and one washcloth in the bathroom. The toilet was not cleaned before we arrived and was disgusting, upon entering the bathroom. There was a bent keycard, that was not ours on the counter, too. We told the front desk staff about the condition of our room and he was not concerned stating “We cannot find help.” The room had a nice sized fridge and microwave.

The best Western Devil’s Tower Inn is wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and made us feel like family. The Inn was very quiet and the room was nice. The bed was the best - so very comfortable!

This was a very nice hotel. It's older but in very good shape. Only downside is no elevator. We had 2 babies and tons of luggage. The man at the front desk did help anyone who needed help carry bags up the stairs.
