We stayed here twice on our way to/from CO/MN. Both times, the front desk guys were soooooo accommodating. It was a time of year when it was not busy so they were able to do room changes (to 1st floor). I love that there are so many room varieties - i.e. pet friendly, king suite, family suite (3rd floor). We moved down to 114 and 115 which were amazing and roomy with sofa for hanging out together. Adult kids had pet room right down the hall. The parking and hot tubs were super convenient. Hot tubs were very clean. Breakfast was great and had many choices. * flip the switch DOWN to turn on the heat (signage was a little confusing). I would - and DID - stay here again.

We come to Terry Peak 3 times a year and we always stay here. It is reasonably prices, great breakfast and our teenage kids like the hot tubs. So do we.

If I were to get stuck anywhere again I would hope to be here. The snow storm wasn't safe for us to travel in with our toddler's. The staff is amazing, caring, and so helpful! I am beyond thankful for this hotel. Was budget friendly. My kids seem to always be loud and we were able to be kind of in an area by ourselves, so we would not bother others during their stay. The food definitely wasn't bad. Laundry room on site, We will be back during the summer and we will be staying here again. Looks very pretty and was even in the snow storm.

From check in to check out our 4 day stay was amazing...we had the family suite which was clean and roomy for all of us. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful and the bar had good food and a few casino games ...the outdoor hot tubs were simply amazing...we had a wonderful stay and will surely recommend it to our family and friends...

I realize it’s hard to get employees, so some areas take priority over others. I observed trash cans overflowing outside. The elevator is very cruddy dirty. My friend’s room looked as if it had not been vacuumed at all. My second night there, neither my child or I got much sleep. The neighbors were very loud, apparently partying. I did call and complain. Someone did come up and talk to them. They continued to slam doors & holler most of the night. My daughter is 10, and was scared all night.

Classic Bait-and-Switch. Booked a room on Hotels.com and when I got there they said they didnt have that room but one that was $20 more. Went back and forth for 20-30 min at 1am when I only had 5 hours in which to sleep before another 12 hour driving day. They ended up sticking me in a basement room with a window that faced a wall of dirt. So glad i just paid almost $150 for this. Treated like a red headed step child. Horrible experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Blackstone Lodge. The hotel is close to Terry Peak and offers a free shuttle in the Lead and Blackstone area. Breakfast was good...eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffles, etc. Staff was great, and receptive to any need. The 3 outdoor hot tubs were also a plus. The lobby, breakfast area and bar/restaurant has a nice mountain decor. Our family style room with two queens and a sofa bed was large.
