Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, West Bend, WI

I was having a wonderful stay until this morning. I am in room 310. I just got done swimming and was changing out of my swimming suit. I was standing there completely naked when a women and a toddler were able to open my door with a key card. Ive never seen them a day in my life. I called the front desk. The lady said she would check into it. She calls me back and told me there was nothing on the camera. I am completely sober for one and for two I dont have hallucinations. I am completely upset about this whole situation. So much so that I will never give this hotel business again. Who was able to open my door while I was sleeping? I did not appreciate the way the front desk lady handled this situation at all. I ended up hanging up on her. I am a woman alone in my hotel room and now my anxiety is through the roof. Karen who checked us in was absolutely amazing though. She is a great worker.

Overall the hotel is very nice. There was a family reunion there so it was very busy and a lot of noise well after 1 a.m. Would stay here again.

I was in town for a quick overnight stay. Normally I would stay with family but had business to do while packing up someone's house nearby. Was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. Very nice. It was cold outside so I requested a blanket for the bed. (Wished there had been one in the room already). But they were lovely at the front desk and gave me one.

The pool and hot tub were both under "unexpected maintenance" which I find hard to believe. I wonder how long that excuse has been used. The room was ok, but certainly not anything special. Breakfast was terrible...eggs were like rubber, sausage was tasteless and overall there was a lack of variety. Obviously, the management does not take any pride in the property. One positive thing was the lack of carpeting in the rooms which was an unexpected plus. I doubt my family will stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, good check in. Room smelled stale like dirty laundry. Whirlpool tub had hair in it, floor wasn't clean. Room was mixed with outdated furniture mixed with updated modern decor, mismatched. Whirlpool tub outdated, didn't look clean. Walls thin, could hear kid screaming next door .Breakfast mediocre.

Wish we had known the hot tub was broken (cracked ..no idea when and if they are fixing it) Room floors were dirty got in bed and had black feet from floor.(tile floor) Not much water pressure glad i have short hair. 3 kids over took the pool jumping and splashing , running, slamming into us. They were talked to twice but it didnt matter, Never would have paid full price summer rates for this Had we known
