:) pool was enjoyable for the kiddo, would have been more if hot tub was available also.

It appeared the front desk staff didn’t understand English had a hard time communicating with me. They had broken washer and it appears they do not plan on fixing it. My child was ill in the middle of the night and there was no staff member at the front desk. I needed garbage bags. The carpet was dirty and the sink was cracked. Only good part was the toliet, shower and the bed. Also kinda weird they have some type of cooling/dehumidifier is the middle of the hallways. The vibe was not good.

I was very upset about the check in process. My family and I arrived late at night on our check in date, to find the front doors locked,no one answering the call button left on the front door, and no one answering the front desk phone. We were finally let in by someone coming back into the building with a key. We went to the front desk where a sign was stating the front desk person would be back at 6am. We called the number that was left on the sign and again there was no answer. Thankfully my paperwork was left on the front desk along with my keys. My husband had to reach over to grab it. Thankfully the keys had already been activated. We also had our reservation assigned to pay on arrival and my card was charged earlier that day as well.

I had my kids for the weekend and I felt they were very safe. They loved the swimming and clean rooms. Thank you for an enjoyable weekend.

The room was comfortable with the exception of the outlet that started smoking and burned up the phone charging plug so we couldn’t charge with it near the bed. TV had really limited channel lineup - nothing for kids. It felt like a family was living in the hotel as staff, always the same group outside the doors and children in bare feet in the breakfast area. It made my teenage daughters uncomfortable to take the dog out with a group of men watching them. Parking is tight if you have a SUV or truck. Disappointed that the hot tub was out of order and the pool area bathroom was disgusting and didn’t seem to have been cleaned throughout multiple pool trips. Worked in a pinch for the location and price, but probably would stay elsewhere on a future trip.

Chose AmericInn for our Memorial Day trip to see family and was not disappointed! Tami at the desk called us the evening we were scheduled to arrive confirm since it was getting very late and we hadn't checked in yet -- she wanted to let us know the doors were locked at 11 pm and we'd need to call for assistance if didn't arrive by then. She went a head and checked us in, so when we finally arrived about 10:30, we only had to stop at the desk for a couple minutes before heading to our room. Our king room was huge! There were two comfortable chairs (one a recliner) as well as the usual amenities, and the bed was very comfortable (a few more pillows would have been nice). Located at the end of the hall, it was also very quiet. Only drawback was the size of the bathroom; for such a large room, it was very small (but great water pressure!). The staff was lovely, and the breakfast was very tasty, especially the assorted burritos. We also appreciated having real cups for our coffee. Bottom line: we will definitely stay here on our next visit!
