At check in we were informed the room we had selected had a leak in the shower. We were upgraded to adjoining rooms for our family and that was amazing. The not so amazing part was when our 3 year old got accidentally locked on one of the rooms while she was sleeping. The front staff jumped in to action and were there to help quickly. The only other "thing" was the chlorine was so strong in the pool it burned your lungs. We did not stay in the pool long.

We always choose Home 2 Suites because they are clean, roomy, comfortable, and have many amenities that other hotels have done away with. Thank you for your hospitality, attention to detail and care for my family!

My kid and her boyfriend tried to check in a little early. Was told their room wasn't ready so they informed the hotel they would be checking in late that night after their concert they were at. When they came back to check in, they gave their room to someone else!

The hotel and pool were very busy with a kid's sports tournament but the hotel was not noisy at night. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good as well.

Excellent hotel for the price. Clean and well kept. Convenient location near the interstate, shopping, and dining. Pool, hot tub, and fire pit are nice extras for families. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room had dog hair all over it. Pool was not open. We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool so our kids could use it and it ended up not being open. Hotel was all around a bit of a disappoint. Definitely would not go back

Check in was late, our family had to go find something to do for 45 minutes after stated check in time. The luggage carrier carpet was very dirty, baseboards and doorways of hotel were dirty and stained. Upon entering the room things seemed okay, but the longer we were there the more things we found dirty and stained. The only part of our overnight stay that was okay were the beds. Sheets were clean and had no stains that we noticed.

This was a perfect hotel for our family. The general manager and all the front desk staff and were so kind and friendly. We never felt that we were a burden and we are a large family that makes itself known. Breakfast was ample and it’s tons of options and the staff were always making it clean and tidy. Housekeeping would be an area of improvement. We were there for 7 nights. We didn’t know we had to request housekeeping. This wasn’t a big deal once we knew it. The first time housekeeping came they did full service. Changed the sheets, arranged my kids lovies, took out trash. The 2nd time they came they only took the used towels, dropped off new towels on the counter and placed one set of clean sheets on the counter. Nothing else. We really only wanted clean towels but I was surprised based on the previous time they came. Overall we were pleased and would certainly come back again.

We had booked a two room suite. However, the room we booked was for the hearing impaired. The person at the front desk then moved us to a king suite. When we got to the room we realized this was only one room. We were traveling with our two children, and wanted to have to separate sleeping areas for the week. After speaking with the front desk again, they said they could move us the next day. When we returned the next day, the manager of the hotel said that there were no two room suites available, and it would be an extra $150.00 for adjoining rooms. We were disappointed that the hotel, or the manager of the hotel did not even attempt to make us more comfortable in anyway, and only to say we would have to spend a great deal more to make us more comfortable.
