Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Stevens Point, WI

It was a great choice for my family and I while we were attending my cousin’s wedding in Rapids. The room was spaces, clean, the location was near a highway, golf course as well as a walking trail. The staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciate the outdoor seatings. We would definitely stay here again.

We were there five nights enough time to get a feel that it was a good place to stay. Mostly clean with friendly and welcoming staff. Spa tepid and disappointing. Coffee always hot, good, and ready. Parking lot strewn with trash. Cleaning available as asked. Room right size for two of us. No issues with room. Television service slow and at times only a few channels. We were not there for TV. Most important, all things the same we will stay again next time, again, for the next family gathering, holididay, graduation. Place works for us.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful inside. I couldn't believe how nice of a hotel this was for how cheap it was. The pool changes color and it looks so cool! The hot tub was actually hot as well! So the pool/hot tub area is perfect for the family. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms and entire building for that matter were very clean. If you're looking to stay in WI Rapids I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. This will be the hotel I use for future trips. They have nice outdoor areas as well that I look forward to enjoying in the warmer months.

The kids really like the pool size. Nice and quiet. Local fast food and shop in walking distance. Staff is friendly and willing to accommodate to our needs.

We arrived around 9pm ,we then checked in and took our belongings ro the room.The pictures of the room are better looking than the room.Got the kids ready for bed soon after getting onto room nd my son pulled the xovers back and between the bed sheets and the blankets lay someones nasty dirty bandana/handkerchief. We went straight to front desk told the person what we had found between sheet and covers.The only thing she offered to do was change all the bed linens.at this point kids and i were exhausted after driving 11 hours.After she changed the linens she said she would inform management in the morning.I guess it never crossed her mind that if the bed linens had not been changed that it was possible the room wasn't cleaned as well.So loded kids back in truck went to the nearest store could find and cleaned everything in the room top to bottom and xleaned the toilet and the sink and shower/tub.I could not let my son and dughter or myself stay in a room that was not cleaned properly. The paper towels were brown qhen finished wiping down everything and then cleaned toilets and tubs.We drove 11 hours paid 478 dollars for 3 nights in a room i had to clean myself and a toilet and shower.This is the worst room ive ever stayed in and i. 49yrs old and ive done a lot of traveling.And even though she said she would let management know we never heard a single word from them.I will never stay at a COUNTRY INN &SUITES by RADISSON or any place owned by RADISSON ever again.
