Just a quick overnight to visit our kid at college. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and polite. The pool area looked good and would be a good family friendly area. If our kids were little we definitely would have been using that!

This was a wonderful experience for me my husband and kids the employees were friendly the room was clean and the pool and hot tub were excellent definitely planning another trip soon!

Overall, this hotel is not worth the money. The bathroom felt gross and dirty. The sauna listed in the amenities was not working and pool towels were scarce. FYI there is no elevator so if you're traveling with kids and have a lot of stuff/coolers you don't want to lug up and down the stairs then request first floor. They will NOT let you switch after they assign you a room even if you just checked in 5 minutes before and haven't even been in the room yet. No one was at the front desk around checkout time for receipts or questions. Another gentleman said he waited almost 2 hours to check in simply because no one was at the front desk. Besides the bathroom feeling icky the room itself felt clean and was in good working order. Nothing special about it. The breakfast was decent and I felt like there were enough options to choose from.

We stayed here on our wedding night. We just needed a hotel close to our wedding venue for one night. I know the staff can't help other peoples kids, but at 7am there were kids screaming / running up and down the halls. Pool towels all in the hallway and puke all down the stairs. Since we barely got even 8 hours at the room, we packed up early and left. They also ended up charging us twice for the room. They did fix this charge, but it took several days.

This AmericInn was amazing! Check-in was simple and very friendly staff/ Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, hot sausages, eggs and pancakes along with the usual items. 24-hour coffee was a plus. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Hotel was close to all of the weekend activities we had planned in the Stevens Point/Plover area. The only issue we had was Friday all evening there was a pool party with a large number of kids present. Children are to be out of the pool area by 10:00. Chaperones did not start getting the kids ready to leave until 10:00 and they were not all gone until 10:20. By this time we were too tired of the noise and activity to relax and left the area ourselves. Management should have checked on things at that time. We would highly recommend this hotel to others, and we will definitely stay here again if in the area in the future.

It was nice I love the hotel the people there are great. The only concern I have is: there in the pool area the hot tub is to be only aloud 8 people. Instead there was 10 to 12 people in that hot tub, including children. At 10 pm they have to leave but instead they left at midnight with the parents. Yes they were really loud. And if ya get a chance to sit in the hot tub be aware you will get hit by a flying ball. If you talk to the person at the front desk they say that there is nothing that they can do about that. Other than that everything else was perfect

Check In man was super friendly and helpful. They were all out of connecting rooms, but he got us 2 rooms right next to each other. Unfortuneatly, this hotel does not have an elevator. I did not look closely enough when I booked this. I would not have stayed because of this. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel and a nice pool area. Great for a family, but make sure to be on the ground floor if you have a lot of stuff to bring in. They could also update the plug-ins in the rooms. None of them had the USB ports in them. WIth a lot of power cords now, they could stand to update some of the outlets to have them.

Very easy and quick check in.Room very comfortable and clean.Pool worked great for us with our grandkids.
