Great breakfast of sausage, eggs, yogurt, muffins, waffles, coffee and juice. Mattresses on beds are new. Rooms are clean and quiet. Beds are comfy. Great pool and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great for business or families!! Area is safe and close to highway. I’ll be back again!

The room including the bathroom was extremely small. There was a man on property that was following our young girls, tried to reach out and touch one of them. We were moved to another room, and the police were called and he was asked to leave, but still set an uneasy feeling for our family. On Saturday afternoon the pool was closed so couldn't use it. Should have been offered some type of compensation. All in all, never stay there again.

The property was kept up and the breakfast was nice The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The only issue i had was that the pool was out of service. I understand things happen, but a phone call would have been nice. We promised the kids they could swim and at check-in we were past the allowable cancellation period, so we coukdnt go anywhere else.

our stay was fine but disappointing. we chose this hotel because of the price and its proximity to where we needed to be AND because it had an indoor pool. but the thing is or was... the pool was closed for maintenance, and I didn't know that til check in time. I would have gone elsewhere except that we already paid EXPEDIA, so we felt stuck. sucked for our kids because they wanted to swim during our stay. other than that, it was all good.

Very clean and convenient. Close to many things. The pool is smaller, but the kids liked it. Breakfast was good.

We’re from a small, unincorporated town on Northern WI and we don’t get to travel much. From prior experiences, we’ve thought that breakfasts in hotels were poor and overly crowded. That was not the case at this facility. It was spacious and well-stocked with a variety of breakfast items and I was able to feed my family of 4 before continuing our travels. Thank you for changing my mind on hotel breakfasts in the city.

The beds are super hard. Also we chose this hotel because it’s near family and had a pool/hot tub, we were informed that there are no outside guests in the pool and the hot tub was out of order. The rooms were clean and nice other than that. Just for this price I honestly did expect more

So i don't think the maids are doing their jobs like they should, there was blood on my sheet, nasty. The blanket was upside dowm, the trash was on my face not at my feet. I don't think any of the maids could speek english. They couldn't understand what i was asking. One of the maids had her child playing on his tablet leaning against the wall. 2 days in arow!!!
