Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel

You guys are amazing and my family loves to swim.

It was an amazing experience! The staff was so attentive and kind. The pool area was a hit with the kids and fun for us too! The restaurant Batley’s Grill even had vegetarian options that we appreciated. We would definitely return!

This hotel is awesome has everything you could need. Rooms immaculate front desk very nice and helpful. Restaurant at hotel has an awesome play area for kids and an ice cream/mini golf shop next to the park. Enjoy outdoor dining and the kids can be entertained. Will definitely come back and bring the grandkids and kids.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was spacious enough for all 6 of us and was very quiet. No sound from other rooms. The kids loved the pool/waterpark area.

Excellent front desk help. Spacious room with kitchenette. Property grounds wonderful! Very clean. Restaurant on site excellent with great staff also. Loved the kids pool and adult large hot tub!

We stayed in a king whirlpool suite. The room was very large and spacious. The jetted tub was great, there was an excellent view and fireplace. The bed was very firm. The outdoor hot tub had the best jets. Indoors there is a kiddie pool, regular pool, hot tub and water slide. We were there on a Monday night and we had the pool to ourselves. Pool area is clean and did not smell like chlorine. We were very happy with the stay and will be back.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. For an all in one experience, i.e., dining, pools, and activities, I would recommend it for families and family get together.

This was our first stay here and it was wonderful! Check-in desk was very kind and informative. Our room came with two robes, delicious Starbucks coffee, huge TV and it was quite clean! Only downside was the temp in the room fluctuated a ton so trying to adj the thermostat at night was a pain, but that was the only downside. Pool area was awesome! There is small kiddie pool, regular pool and two hot tubs (one outside which was so refreshing in 25 degree weather. They also have a water slide and an entire lounge with games up above the pool area for eating. Honestly it was such a great stay. Will definitely be back! Oh, and they have the most adorable "main street" inside the hotel when you walk between hotel and restaurant. I've never seen anything like it and it was a fun place to take pictures! Again, we will definitely be back!
