Comfort Suites Oshkosh

Not as clean as I would appreciate. Great hotel for kids with a nice pool. Friendly staff

The room we got is spacious enough for a family of 6. The location is surrounded by restaurants and stores and even by the movie theater.

The front desk manager was so amazing at accommodating us with our two rooms to be connected. My kids had a blast in the pool and enjoyed the free breakfast.

2 night stay - First evening was woken by blaring alarm from neighboring room at 5 am, called the front desk and was told that they would call the room. Waited for 5-10 mins and alarm did not stop, had to go down to the lobby to convince the staff that the guest should probably be checked on to ensure they were ok. Staff member knocked on door with no answer and shrugged his shoulders. I had to recommend that he maybe should go in the room for a wellness check of the guest. Turns out the guest was ok but just a heavy sleeper. Following morning shower was broke and would not turn on, resolution was to give a key to another room to travel between for a family of 5 to shower for the day because maintenance was not there that day. Then later in the evening we had to ask if we could get a new room with a functioning shower, which was accommodated. Staff seemed to give little interest in resolving problems or offer some kind of compensation for the inconveniences.

We've stayed here before. The kids love the pool area and the game room. The common areas weren't quite as clean as in the past. We received good service from the staff when we needed them. Breakfast was always stocked with food even when busy on the weekend. The first impression of the hotel concerning the staff wasn't so positive. They were smoking out front at the entrance. Yikes. Not professionally dressed or very welcoming. Since this wasn't our first visit, we overlooked these things. A bit off putting!

The pool area was prefect for our grandkids. We got a suite room. Also perfect for the kids.

Check in was fast and simple. Hotel was crowded with families, not many places to park and people sitting in camping chairs and playing ball in parking lot. Room was not clean. Fridge and microwave were dirty. Ants in the bathroom. Mold on the wall from water dripping from ceiling. Windows dirty. My son went to the front desk twice to get towels and no one was there. I called and let it ring about 50 times before someone finally picked up. Two great things were that beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast was delicious

Great place for family. Came here to visit my daughter at UWO. I also have a younger child. He enjoyed the pool. Pool could have been cleaner though. They have a new game area with table tennis, pool table, and more which kids enjoyed. Rooms were nice and clean. Dining area for breakfast was nice and clean. Excellent breakfast in morning. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back when we come to Oshkosh again.

Good family trip. The rooms were very spacious and kids loved the two pools.

Convenient location near the Interstate. East to access everything in Oshkosh and a great place to stay for a Packers game. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the fitness facility. The indoor pools are nice for families. Clean, quiet, fresh. Highly recommended.
