Our vacation was very rainy-this hotel had great common areas for the family to gather and play games, talk and meet up with each other.

Violet at front desk went above/beyond. At last minute, I had family come to to town and needed an extra room and pack n play for my infant daughter. Not only did she work quickly over the phone to accommodate, she actually went up and set up the pack n play, brought extra blankets and pillows for the pull out and helped get them in to the from late at night upon arrival to make it a great experience. She was fantastic and when I stay in lacrosse, I’ll only be staying at Home 2. She’s a fantastic asset in a current climate where service is sub par and good, hard working people are hard to find!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Home 2 by Hilton from the pleasant attendant at the reception desk to the studio suite that was immaculately clean and very well appointed. I wouldn’t change a thing. We will certainly return when we have the opportunity. In addition, we will highly recommend it to our friends and family.

I chose this hotel as it had good ratings and offered a room that was larger for our family of four. Overall it was fine. However, the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable and did not have the extras for making the bed (we had to call for them). It was also noisy...noise from the street, noise from above and in the hallways. And noise from the air conditioning units which are right next to the beds. The two members of our family sleeping on the sofa bed woke up with stuffy heads from the air conditioning unit. We had to leave it off the second night. A bit disappointed. Will probably not choose this hotel again.
