Had to ask for more towels as the shower nozzle kept squirting out the back side of the shower by the sink and i had to use all the towels to clean it up. Also there was a kid pool party the night we arrived, so we couldnt use the pool until after 7pm...which was too late for our kids.

Suites are spacious. Pull out sleeper fit for kids but not adult. Add muffins to breakfast and that would be a 10 out of 10.

Very convenient for when you have a family member in the hospital. You can just walk across the street and you're there. Very helpful.

We stayed here due to fact our baby was in the NICU across the street. They let us check in early which was nice because we had 3 dogs with us and 2 kids. The room was nice. Beds could have been a little more comfortable and bunk bed could have been in living room instead of next to our bed but overall was a great place. I would also maybe put a hot tub in the pool for adults while the kids swim.

It list having a restaurant and there wasn’t one due to staff shortage. The room we slept in had a terrible odd smell. The smell even got in our clothing or anything we sat down. We don’t know if it was cleaning solution or what. With fan running to circulate the air, it was easier to deal with. We had a family member in the hospital so checked in after 9 pm and checked out a little after 10 so didn’t spend a lot of time in the room.

Huge room with a separate bedroom. Perfect for family travel. Wish we could have stayed for more than a night.
