Breakfast was good. The lady at breakfast was very friendly. Loved the pool, whirlpool and kiddie pool. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and happy.

Location is good but the hotel itself is not great. I was placed in a room that opened up directly into the indoor pool. There were people in the pool all day and it was very loud. Anytime I got on a business call, I had to go to my vehicle so people didn’t think was working from a water park. It was also very humid in the room due to being connected to the pool. This may have been an ok hotel if traveling with kids, but not great for a business trip.

This is a $70 property. It is maintained for that price, but clean, tidy and fresh coats of paint. The breakfast has waffles, eggs, eggs with cheese, sausage, cereal, muffins, bread. The swimming pool, hot tub area is nice. They have a separate area with a small wading pool for little kids. The wait room has a treadmill, bike and a weight set. We have a conference next year and will be booking here.

It was okay the rooms in the phone didn't work and they didn't have utensils or a child where to cook with like other mints and towels and it was a lot of bums hanging around but other than that it was okay

It’s ok. Semi decent rooms at an ok price. One gripe I have is that the pool area is closed at 1030. Lots of us travel for a bowling tournament and specifically stay here for the group rate but they kick us out of the pool when we are just relaxing and having a little fun. 1030 is ok for a kids water park, but a adult pool should be open til 11 or 12. Staff is nice about it but come on. Friday/saturday nights let people have a nice night

Absolutely horrible toilet paper! Thin does not even qualify. What the heck!!, IMPOSSIBLE to enter the pool, the hot tub or the kiddie pool because of the depth of the first step. The older persons in our group were left on the pool deck. I am a loyalty member and could not add points for my two night stay “because you booked through another site”. You should honor the points based on our stay. It gave us a sour taste of hospitality. The breakfast area is small.

The location near downtown which is handy. However its run down. It was a very long way to the room, if you need assistance ask for a close to door room. The whirlpool is not working. The treadmill was good. The room was clean and had nice towels and bedding. The waitstaff was nice. The breakfast was decent. Its okay if you are trying to save money. Inexpensive when you have kids.

We’re playing pool in the game room. I asked if they had any chalk for the Cute sticks. They said no we should pick up some baby powder for it. It’s like the front desk doesn’t have a clue what’s going on.

Great location, breakfast was great and the room was really comfortable. My mom was in town visiting and wanted to swim, the pool was crowded with kids which was great, however it would be better if it stayed open later just for adults. The hot tub was also out of commission and we weren't informed at the time of booking or check-in. I also wanted to bring my dog but following the rules i didn't because he is over 30lbs. During our stay, i saw at least 5 that were well over 50lbs! So i was a little disappointed. Other than that our stay was ok.
