Hyatt Regency Green Bay

We stayed there maybe 6 years ago for family event and loved everything..this time we lived it to but there was no body soap in the bottle and bathroom floor was sticky...couldn't look out window cause it was fogged over ...( need new) i tried to call and let them know were coming but just late to check in and NO one answered the phone 3 times with automatic system...would we stay again YES still clean and great beds!

Room is big and good for family living in.

The room was dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned between us and the prior guests and housekeeping needed to come back and clean. The pullout couch mattress was extremely solid from top to bottom with yellow stains and what appeared to be a voimt stain at the foot of the mattress. The patio door was broken and we froze the first night as te outside temp was mid 30s. The restaurant has a limited menu and the food is very expensive for the portions. 2 adult and 2 kids meals with waters and juice were $100 no alcohol. I have stayed here in the past and has good experiences the last visits service was horrible, the rooms were not well kept and the restaurant is not family affordable. The parking lot is small and fills up quickly if they have an event. The pool water was so cloudy we coulldn't see the bottom.

Great hotel. Kids loved that it looked so “fancy”. However I was mislead to think that they had continental breakfast. That is my fault as the description did say “breakfast available” but in the pictures it showed what appeared to look like a continental breakfast. The 333 Restaurant at the hotel is very expensive ($100 for family of 5) and the food was not good. I had French toast and it tasted like onions. Most likely as they cook the same foods all on the same grill. Kids who love pancakes, barely even forced one cake down. Going forward I would stay at this property again and just plan on finding a different place for breakfast

Staff was polite and helpful. Pool was a little dirty but they had a lot of children there this weekend for a cheer leading conference. Overall … it was good. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay immensley for the short time we were there (overnight). Beautiful pool and the glass elevator was a huge hit with my kiddo.

Our family has never stayed in a hotel of this quality before. We were amazed at the details of the property and the exquisite amenities. The location was near where we needed to be and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel to stay at. Very nice and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. You sometimes forget that you're in Green Bay when you walk into the hotel. Worked at this hotel as a teenager - about 22 years ago - so it was nice to come back and see that it is has since been updated yet still very much the same. One of the downsides was that the elevators are a little slow and one side of the elevators stopped working one night. I requested a room right next to the elevators for my parents and this was an inconvenience since my father is a little slower and had to use the elevators on the other side and had to walk around to get to his room since the one side of elevators wasn't working that evening. In addition to that, there was a random guy who came into the hotel and knocked on my door for no reason. I had noticed him in the lobby area when I was making a phone call but didn't think much of it. I assumed he was a guest at the hotel. This was a safety concern since my kids were in the room and he decided to knock on our door for no apparent reason. My siblings happen to be in the room at the time with my kids and just told him he had the wrong room. We informed the front desk and they told security immediately. They immediately addressed the issue, which was great, yet still left a bitter taste as it made me worry about the safety and security in the hotel. Overall, still a very nice hotel.

Notable wear and tear of night stand in room - looks like kids were standing on it? or water damage? Aside from that it was fine. The bathroom is small but clean :)

Hotel is okay , but not great. Space wise its great for families, but overall cleanliness is not great . We have observed dirt and vomit on the elevator and 7th floor carpet, had to report to front desk and then they cleaned. Swimming pool is okay. However so much of confusing statements from the front desk lady available on 9th July morning while checking out, she is not well aware of the process and continued to give diff statements. We booked2 rooms on 8th July night 704 and 707, and we were mentioned that no parking charges to be there for the Hyatt club members during the checkin time, however the during the check out time the front desk lady completely ignored that and printed the receipt including that parking charges which should have been $0 ! While mentioning the same, she gave $5 off ! Its a joke ! While again I mentioned , she gave full refund of parking fee whereas continued to argue that last night front desk person did wrong committed about this parking fee benefits to us ! Either she doesn't know or last night front desk person has done wrong commitments !. Whatever it is, its not a pleasant experience to spend ~10 min for $10 parking fee return. Not sure why she continued the confusing statements with me and with my friend also it happened same ! I will request your management to look into and talk to front desk about this to bring in clarity. Ideally if its a benefit being promised it should have been by default come as adjustments to the receipt !
