Hot tub down all night due to out of control kids apparently hitting the energy shut off earlier and front desk made aware and was told they could not reset and maint would have to fix in the morning. Even when we were in the pool area group of 8 unsupervised kids under 7-12 years old running unsupervised causing trouble.. Bad experience for any family in that pool area

The room was nice, the bathroom was spacious. Beds were great, very firm. Wifi was good and had zero issues. They offer a marketplace at the front desk with complimentary bottled water, and the ability to put a card on file and purchase drinks and snacks 24/7, which we found very convenient. The pool and hot tub area was nice, pool was even warmer than most we go to. The pool also had a variety of balls and basketball hoops that were in great condition. Only drawback was that it's very echo-y and loud with children in it, though that's pretty standard in pool areas. The continental breakfast was very very good as well, probably the best one I've found in many years. The only room deficiency was that I booked Queen size beds, and the beds in our room were absolutely not Queen size, they were full size at best. They were still very comfortable, just tight if you're trying to fit two to a bed.

It was a family trip. The place was good. The swimming pool it was great for kids and spa for adults. Its a little bit far from the down town but no so far. The breakfas was ok. But its no so ecofriendly because still using plastic in the glases and the cutlery was in plastic bags too. Even when they have recliclin cointeners the persons usually dont split the garbage. And other bad point was the price por the room just for the friday night, was the double that i paid for two nights before.

This was a nice 2 night stay while we were in Madison to visit friends and family. Staff were friendly and helpful, the facility was kept up and clean. The only complaint I have is that it very difficult to find (larger signage would help) and breakfast didn't have many healthy options.

This tucked away gem in Madison is my best kept secret getaway. The rooms feel luxe, their breakfast waffles flavors are out of this world, their service is phenomenal! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to any family’s or business travelers.

Was traveling with kids. Pool was wonderful. Rooms were clean and in great condition. Breakfast was very minimal. Unfortunately our original room was near someone that kept smoking in their Non-smoking room. We asked to have a new room and the hotel did let us move.

What I liked was the quiet surrounding even when the children are playing and the staff was so nice/accommodating. A would come back to stay anytime.

Customer service was excellent! Rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Would recommend to friends and family.
