Charged our card another time after hotel.com had already took my card then refused to give us a room saying our card wasn’t working. We were looking for a room during a snow storm because we had a family member who had an accident and was at the Uw hospital in the trauma unit. When I explained the situation Lilianna told me and my daughter, “everybody goes through tough things mam, not just you.”

Great experience. My family and I stayed for one weekend and we loved this hotel. It is nice, clean and the staff members are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to restaurants and shopping places. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and my kids loved the swimming pool.

We had a fast check in on a Friday evening with two staff members at the front desk. The lobby, room, public restrooms and pool are clean. There is a pretty patio located through the pool area for outdoor seating. Breakfast accommodated my family member with gluten intolerance each day. The weekend definitely had a few more breakfast options compared to the weekdays. The weekend breakfast area was well stocked with food, dishes (both paper and non-disposable) and kept clean including the outdoor areas where staff was available to empty full trash cans before they could overflow. However, the weekday breakfast station was less staffed and resulted in sticky counter tops, table surfaces and floors as well as some food options that were infrequently replenished. Front desk always had water infused with fresh fruit, coffee, hot tea and even cookies available throughout the day. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and helpful.
