Everything was awesome. Our room was clean, the kids enjoyed the pool, and breakfast was great! It’s just off the highway, so it was easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful, even when it was at busy breakfast. We would stay here again.

Excellent service and very clean hotel. My family really enjoyed the pool, spacious rooms and breakfast. After our second time staying, we’d certainly book again.

Our family was so impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of our room! We had a full suze refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a dishwasher! It was amazing and we will definitely stay with these hotels again!

Tv didnt work. Kids around the pool unsupervised and jumping in on top of me. The pkids running up and down the hall. Front desk not correcting problem. Hung up on us. Ruined our whole weekend trip.

Favorite hotel chain for good reason! Our family loves staying at all the Home2 Suites that we have stayed at so far and this one was no different! From a quick check-in process, including ideas for things to do in the evening, to a warm, clean pool, to the delicious breakfast, we could not have been more pleased with our stay!

I was traveling with my family so my daughter can see a concert playing at the local venue and I was in the room with my infant son. My son was crying and other occupants decided to hang on my wall to indicate for him to be quiet. Note he was crying around 8:30pm. I could understand if it was the middle of the night, but it was not. I left the resort and Kristin at the front desk refunded my stay. This resort is aimed towards families, not sure what other people are expecting here.

We went up to Madison for a quick two-day trip as a family. It rained our first day, so we just went straight to the hotel, hoping we could check in early or maybe just use the pool. Our room was ready. It was spacious, with an apartment-sized refrigerator, which came in handy for our trip. The t.v. was a little hard to work at first, but it just took a few moments of patience to wait for it to work. Wi-fi was reliable. We were given a coupon at check in for the bbq restaurant next door (LIberty Station) by America, our concierge and did get some great food for dinner in the room. Hotel was about 15 minutes from everything so we got to explore without being to far away from our room. We used the pool a few times. Overall, the trip was relaxing. America (the Concierge) was very friendly throughout our stay and even got me extra pillows for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Many parents talked about the wait time for breakfast to start. We had to be at the wrestling meet at 730 so didnt leave much time for breakfast. So all familys were rushed for breakfast. Suggest opening at 6am which i heard you doing the week?

We met up with my family from Iowa this weekend. We have never stayed at this hotel before but was really impressed with it. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. All the accommodations were great, really nice lobby area, exercise room (dumb bells go up to 75# for serious lifters), we looked in at the pool and it looked good. My wife and I came down stairs and sat by the fireplace and did some reading. I would highly recommended tit o anyone headed to Madison. Plus easy access right off of the beltway.

This place was really clean. We traveled with our two kids. Plenty of space in the room. It was clean, exercise room and laundry area was nice. Pool was big enough to host there many kids that were also staying there. Friendly staff. All around a good experience during our 2-night stay.
