Crandon Inn and Suites

The drywall repairs and shower repairs were very unprofessional and left unpainted. Looks like a kid did the repairs. We took our granddaughter here for the pool and the pool was broken as well as the hot tub.

It was perfect for a gathering of family members.

This establishment has the potential to be a great hotel. Unfortunately they fell short for our family. We booked a room here because of the amazing photos and supposed amenities. Once we checked in we found out that not only is the pool broke, but it has been down for 4 years and there is no plan to fix it. Because of this theu upgraded our room for free. The next morning we were excited to try the free breakfast. Again a huge letdown. They only put very little food out and did not come check on it or make more. The shower in our upgraded room also did not produce anything more than warm water. Altogether a disappointing stay in what could be an amazing place.

It says there is a indoor pool and pictures. Thats why we booked. But when you get there the pool is closed! Its Sept and 83 outside no reason for it to be closed. But the bar was open till midnight. Ok for adults nothing for kids.

Staff wasn't too friendly or caring about my concerns or seemed like didn't want to help me. I was told when booked room had a working pool and hotub. Have a child that wanted to swim and was sad because when got here she couldn't and that's not right. They lie and say they do and will be working next day and still wasnt. Nice hotel otherwise but wont come back because of this issue most likely.

great pool area, with kids play area. Outdoor patio with gas grill, great idea.
