Holiday Inn Express & Suites Antigo, an IHG Hotel

Rhonda at the front desk was very friendly. The other people staying at this hotel were RUDE. Our room was right off the lobby so we got to listen to loudly cackling women, screaming toddlers, and crying babies late into the night and bright and early in the morning. Not the hotel's fault. Really people, don't be loud and dont let your kids be loud at 6am!

The pool area lacked a proper ventilation system. It got very chlorinated with all the kids in the pool to the point where the kids were coughing uncontrollably. But overall it was a nice stay.

Our stay was relaxing and quiet. We usually stay at another local hotel but decided to try this year for our annual family trip. Great customer service by the front desk. Unfortunately the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and had to call for maintenance twice to have it repaired. Maintenance person was excellent, personable and knowledgeable and came right away, no delays. We are definitely going to be coming back here for our annual trip to stay. Room and Hotel is clean, neat. Even while doing exterior upgrades you really didn't notice. Interior of the room was modern and bright. Thank you for a great weekend stay in Antigo!

The property was nice outside, lobby was clean. The location was easy to find and the price was competitive. Our room was not very clean. Pulled out sofa sleeper for kids to use only to find the mattress covered in pizza crumbs. Our toilet needed to be cleaned on the outside before we could use it safely. That was gross.

Staff is always amazing. The family loved the breakfast options however, I missed biscuits and gravy.

Room service was horrible all the while there. Great breakfast type buffet in mornings. Great hottub and pool. Has small fitness center and game room. STayed 5 days visiting family/friends. Hotel clean but rooms were not cleaned and missing items every day and had to complain to front desk 3 times. Only offering 50 percent off 3 days for next visit. Could have and should have done more to make room acceptable and compensate appropriately. Beds new but hard. Shower/bath great.

The front desk persons during our stay were very helpful and friendly. We opted for a suite room and it was nice having two televisions so the kids could watch cartoons in one area while Dad watched the football game in another. And the beds were located towards the back of the suite so even though our room was by the elevator, we didn't hear any noise from the hallway. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious. We hated to leave.
