place was under construction, dusty and dingy. My allergies were going crazy because of the construction dust and the smell was horrible. a whole bus load of kids persisted to run up and down the hall, slamming doors and yelling. Had to call front office twice to get it handled. Mind you all this was around 11:00 pm. It started again with slamming doors in the morning before 7:00 am. My worst overnight stay ever, especially with no sleep and a 12 hour drive to complete.

I called the hotel before booking to make sure the pool was open. No mention of renovations. My girlfriend’s kids had never been to a hotel and were super excited about the pool only to meet with disappointment the moment we got there. Pool and gym were closed. We only stayed 2 nights and no one cleaned our room. We didn’t have the dnd sign out, they just skipped us. Breakfast was better the second day than the first but overall that was average at best. All around bad stay.

Overall it was good. We were in town for a family gathering and we're going to be early for check in. We were able to get a room switched around so we could freshen up. They're still in renovation so it's a bit dusty in the entranceway. No biggie. Room was clean. Beds are a bit elevated and there's a pillowtop that is soft and comfy to start but then you can't really move. One night would be all our backs could take so I'm not sure we would stay longer if the opportunity comes up. Breakfast options were plentiful.

The front desk staff were great, the place was clean and fit the needs of our family. I thought the popcorn and water is a nice welcome. Only issue was the toilet in our room was slow to flush I thought it was broken at first but it eventually workers

The bed was terrible, pull out multiple piss stains, lights falling out of elevator ceiling, air was terrible, no exhaust in the bathroom caused the vanity to peel and crack. Staff were nice, kids enjoyed breakfast

Didn't sleep much, dozens of kids allowed to scream and yell in pool area until 2 am then running up and down halls knocking on doors at 6am.

Everyone we crossed paths with was super friendly, especially the staff! They were very accommodating with our needs for our 2 small children. The pool was very clean and nice and the breakfast options were tasty. I would 100% recommend staying there if you are ever through this area, awesome place!

The staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. Location is close to the highway, which met our needs. Rooms are a little tired but clean. The hotel is fairly noisy, or at least was during our stay. You could hear noise on multiple levels of the hotel and some outside noise. Very disruptive, particularly with small kids.

Room was ok. Hallways were dirty. Needed swept. Had a very dingy feeling. Water line break set off alarm at 2 am. Pool area could use some work, but the pool itself was a nice size. Need more managing of kids being unattended in areas. Probably would not stay here again.
