We stayed one night with the family. Good hotel, like the location. Breakfast was good, plenty choice of food. The only thing was not satisfying is shower, no water pressure at all. We liked the idea of having a swimming pool and available towels by the pool. We swam, although water seemed cloudy.

Hotel was ok..... Front desk people were great, but the room had a bad smell to it. Had to go to the store to get air fresheners late at night cause the smell was unbearable. Stayed one night with kids and that was enough.

Conveniently located hotel with friendly staff but in need of some updates. The room was a good size but the decoration seemed very out of date and the linens were not comfortable. Also the bathroom looked like it needed new tiling and the shower took a long time to get warm water. They were also out of body wash, soap, and towels the night we checked in, which is frustrating when you are tired from driving and don’t want to immediately go to purchase those items you forgot. The continental breakfast had many selections but the food did not taste very good. My kids were excited about the indoor pool and it was ok, seemed to lack room lighting after sunset.

We booked this hotel for a long weekend with the intent for the kids to swim. Upon arrival we learned the pool was down for big maintenance. So we were left with nothong to do. Our fridge froze all of our food solid. Front desk said maintenance would look, they did not. All our food was inedible. Beds are very uncomfortable. Hallway noise enters room. Cannot open curtains unless tou want the whole parking lot looking in on you. Breakfast was fine. No complaints. Restaraunt was okay. They were out of a lot of stuff, some food was reused from the free breakfast. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The building is outdated and there was a musty smell when we arrived and a strong chemical smell (like cheap hair dye) when we awoke. Weird sounds around 2/3 am woke my toddler and she was scared hiding in the corner

We were there for an hour and had to leave immediately.. all of my families feet turned black from walking on the carpet, there was hair all over the furniture upon arrival, the cable wall plate was hanging out with exposed wires, the ac unit had a very loud hum, and there was a loud high velocity fan right outside of our room drying obvious water damage. Did not feel safe keeping my family in this hotel, the only bright side was the very nice receptionist who gave us a full refund when she could've refused due to our specific booking. She offered a different room but couldn't garauntee it was cleaner.

Very quiet and nice view. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Need to spend a little more time cleaning the rooms. the windows had lots of dust and dead bugs that I had to clean up before letting my kids run free. The curtains really needed to be washed. The pool is nice, not overly chlorinated like most.

Pros: - Friendly staff - Large breakfast area - Close to town - Lots of parking - Good amount of space in the room Cons: - Small bathroom - Separate buildings not attached to pool and breakfast area. Not fun to navigate when it's cold. - No trash bins around the 2nd building where we stayed with our dog. Difficult to dispose of dog trash bags. - No elevator in 2nd building. Difficult when trying to get 2 kids and a dog to the room.
