Hilton Garden Inn Martinsburg

This was a great spot for an overnight while vising family in WV. The only thing I would add is a table in the pool area.

Overnight stay was fine. The staff was super helpful. We forgot detergent to clean baby bottles and they were very accommodating to find some for us.

There is always availability, i visit once a year for family reunion.

I always try to stay at a HGI when traveling for work - even to NYC. They are consistently clean and well located and have a nice place to grab a bite and a drink. This was a pleasure trip with family to an unfamiliar area, so I went with HGI knowing it would be clean and safe. Always a good choice.

Hotel did not have our reservation and said they did not have compatible confirmation numbers but confirmed address and quickly figured out the issue and allowed us to check in early-- which was greatly appreciated as we were in town for a family funeral and exhausted. Front desk staff was awesome. Lovely hotel in a great location.

Clean and well-maintained property. The room was great for the family. Bathroom was modern and clean. Liked the closet space.

This was a quick one night trip after 11 hours of driving the hotel was a welcome sight only made better by the incredible staff at the front desk! The room was amazing, ac already set to the perfect temperature and everything was clean and comfortable! Well placed near many shopping and food choices along with an on-site restaurant. As an added bonus the TV included the Food Network which is a small thing except it is huge as it's something my family loves to watch to help unwind on road trips! We will be back!

The staff was friendly and patient. We were there with baseball team of 12 year olds. The staff was great dealing with the kids. The restaurant was also nice.
