I always stay here. It’s perfect for family. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel was extremely clean and the room itself had plenty of space for our family of 5. My kids loved the freshly baked complimentary cookies and also enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The free breakfast was delicious and well stocked with a wonderful variety. Would highly recommend!

We were very happy with our stay. All of the staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly. Our only complaint was we ended up with a room that didn't match the pictures online. The first time we stayed here we ended up with a large room that was "accessible" and was very impressed at the size of the room. This time we rented a room that was "accessible" for hearing impaired. The pictures resembled the room from before except showed a roll in handicap shower, opposed to the bathtub from the room before. We rented this specifically because we were bringing two kids and needed the larger room with the large shower that had a retractable shower head, as there were no rooms with bathtubs avaliable at the time of booking. We ended up receiving a much smaller room that was half the size of the room before (that was hearing impaired accessible), and had a small standup shower without a retractable shower head. The pictures for booking were much different than the room we received. We spoke with Stacey at the front desk who was very helpful. She showed me in her book that our room was indeed "hearing accessible" and that the room we had before was a "mobility room". I showed her the pictures for the room we booked, and she said the pictures made the room look bigger. But upon further review, the pictures for our room showed windows of a corner room, in which Stacey stated the corner rooms were "mobility rooms".. meaning the pictures falsely show the wrong room.

The staff was very nice. Check-in and out was easy. Saw some areas that did not look throughly cleaned (shower, bathroom sink, front of dishwasher, under bed). There was a medical syringe and possibly old dried up animal feces under the bed as well as a nerf dart and a pair of socks. Could become an issue for those traveling with mobile children or pets.

Very clean. Staff was very friendly. We stayed due to the proximity to the casino, but there were many families with small kids to. I will definitely stay again.

Great Service. The wonderful woman who runs the breakfast kept it open for my kids who slept in.

I enjoyed my weekend staycation for a family event...I do recommend this Hotel in Charles Town, WV
