Staff is so friendly and very accommodating. Seems like the hotel is updated but you could hear everything going on outside of the room. Not ideal for a napping 20mo old. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay and so close to the natural springs which is what we came to see. Great price too for a King Suite. Rooms are also big and very accommodating for bringing travel cribs and a bunch of baby stuff !! Overall eat had a great stay!

We’ve stayed here several times when visiting family in the area. Check in is easy, parking is easy and convenient. Room is always clean and comfortable.

I have stayed at this location and few times just in the last few months. However, the noise level was horrible, and we could hear every time someone walked down the stairs, door slamming, babies crying... However, I do want to thank Mary from the front desk for allowing me to check in early and she was so friendly!

The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very nice , the restaurant is very reasonable and the service is great. The Swimming pool is kids friendly, my kids had a great time.

Check in was great the rest of our stay was horrible we asked for room service for more towels and after a day on the River we came back at 10pm and was told there were too many guest for them to get to our room so no clean towels wow really and then the young kids that were all on our floor were running up and down the halls banging on doors and slamming doors it was a horrible night sleep and it didn’t help the beds were equally horrible

Very friendly hotel staff, quiet location, and better than average included breakfast. I appreciated the protein options in the breakfast, rather than just all carbs, as most hotels have. This was perfect for our family of four on a quick over-night stay. Be sure not to miss George Washington's Bathtub, and fill up your water bottles at the spring downtown as you pass through. An easy, quick stop.
