Room is a nice size for all 4 in our family to be comfortable. The only hiccup was with pool and hot tub. Not available one night, hot tub not hot one night. But all in all a very nice stay. Not our fist experience with this chain of hotels, and we will keep on choosing them. Breakfast’s are always nice also.

Our stay was nice, the kids were desapointed because the pool had to be closed. Apparently some people threw some bar soap in the pool, it had to be cleaned up

This property is great. It's conveniently located off the Freeway, we had a 1bedroom suite and it was a great size for our little family. The breakfast was a bonus, the parking was great and convenient, the pool was good as well (didnt get to use the Hot Tub as it was busy but there is one in the property). My One comment, and though a bit pitty and easily fixed,, is that the towels provided at the pool were extremely small; definitely not full size, so it was a cold way back to our room and we were soaked so i hope nobody slipped; it was almost impossible to actually dry yourself with those as they were so small. I could barely dry my own 3 yr old with those let alone us adults. Other than that, everything was great and certainly recommend it.

One of the night shift receptionists helped me and my family out a lot and made our stay so much better. A big thank-you to him! The room was clean and well-furbished, and they serve a nice breakfast in the mornings. The pool and fitness room were good as well. Overall a pleasant stay!

Very clean, easy on off freeway. Nice area, safer than in parts of Tacoma. Only complaint was noise! Walls must not have much insulation, heard every noise in adjacent rooms. Had to call front desk 2 times to have the room next door turn TV down around 11. Sounded like the tv was in our room. Hotel was packed with tons of families from state wrestling tournament. But the staff kept breakfast area well stocked, clean with the volume of people. Other than that will stay here again.

The hotel is outstanding. The room was very large, and had all of the amenities we needed. I especially loves all of the counter space and kitchenette. I was pleasantly surprised that the even though it is very close to the freeway, you really can't hear a thing! With family that lives on base for the Army it is a perfect location. We will be back!

I called the hotel around 1 to see if they would allow us to check in a bit early. They said unfortunately not and our room would be ready in time for a 3 o'clock check in. We ended up arriving at the hotel around 4 o'clock to a lobby full of guests waiting to check in to their rooms. We ended up waiting until close to 5 before our room was ready for us. The lady at the front desk was super polite and apologetic, it wasn't her fault that the rooms weren't ready. We were otherwise very pleased with our stay, we were there with three kids for a basketball tournament.
