Our go-to place on Whidbey Island when visiting family. Very clean, pleasant surroundings, homey atmosphere and friendly staff make this a very nice home away from home! Just on the outskirts of town, close to shopping, and easy access and parking.

Originally assigned room cramped, had children’s toys under the bed & smelled smoky despite being a non-smoking unit, but second assigned room cleaner & more comfortable.

I've been wanting to stay here since I was a little kid. The hotel isn't fancy, but it's clean and comfortable and it's fun to stay in a windmill. There are little cabins out back that I'd like to know more about. We could hear an owl hooting at night, which was nice. And the breakfast had lots of take-away options. Totally decent and comfy beds.

Hotel structure / decor resembles to Holland windmill. Friendly staff with no hassles. Was bit noisy as is next to busy road, Headboard can be added to Beds, breakfast was minimal, not much for kids to do anything apart from free HBO channels

more fun than a standard hotel, small but clean and nicely updated. kids had fun with the corded phone in the room. Only complaint is one of my kids pricked his finger on the tack trip on the edge of the carpet by the tile.

Cheap and cheerful…and Clean! It’s an old old motel that’s been around since I was a kid, I grew up in that town, but I’ve never been in it. They keep it very clean. It’s very comfortable. The only drawback is that it’s right on the highway so it’s not noise. Proof all in all a great bargain and really decent amenities.
