Wonderful customer service! Incredibly clean property!! Love that they are a smoke and pet free property- it makes such a difference in what the property looks like, how it smells and the overall experience. We also had a child with us, and she had a great time. Restaurants were great and everything we ordered was delicious! We will definitely recommend and return!

We love this spot. We had a little getaway with family and got the 5th floor semi-balcony rooms. The view was stunning. It is constantly changing. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. Our room was spotless. The hotel was doing a massive spring cleaning, including carpets on the other side of our hallway.

The guy who checked us in did a great job! He was friendly, upbeat, efficient, helpful, and provided comprehensive info about the property. A few other employees were super helpful when I wanted to order takeout from the bar but couldn't go there myself with my underage child. I was able to efficiently order from the sports bar menu at the restaurant and pick up my order there.

Great place to stay. The staff was very friendly with an easy check-in process. The room was great, didn't have a balcony but the glass doors did open up all the way so I was able to enjoy a cold beer watching the sunset over the water. A Great place to stay. Center Bar staff were top notch, and very attentive, even the 'kids' (I'm old they were kids to me) at the Fatburger were friendly and quick with my order. My only complaint was all the jackpots seem to have been one before I got there, as I lost all the gambling money I allowed myself.

At check in I have as given menus for each restaurant. I was given the steakhouse menu “if it’s in my budget”. I was then given the sports bar menu and told “it’s 21 and over, but you can order and go pick it up without your child, but I don’t know how you would do that either”. All around poor front desk service. I forgot to put the sign on our room door to have it made, so I called the hotel and asked for bath towels and coffee. Neither we’re done when we arrived back to our room that evening.
