Hampton Inn & Suites Leavenworth

Excellent choice, only knock is families are noisy up and down the halls. Not the hotel’s fault!

Not as good as expected. We used to love all Hampton Inns. We have either outgrown them, or the quality has decreased. We reserved a 2 queen for our family of four. You get housekeeping with towel service every other day. But there is only a hanger for one towel. How are you supposed to dry the others? The bathroom door is barn style and does not close tight. Uncomfortable to use bathroom with 1 inch gap open. They had some of the thinnest cheapest toilet paper I have had in a hotel. Second day there, we got to breakfast an hour before it was supposed to be over. They were out of sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, all fruit, cheese, cream cheese, muffins, lucky charms. There was only other dry cereal, scrambled eggs, toast and a long line for waffles available. After 20 min only sausage was replaced. We went to Safeway to get breakfast. We checked in about 430 on a spring break Sunday. Only one person at front desk. She was pleasant but took over 15 minutes to help the family in front of us. Sounded like they had been sent to a uncleaned room the first time they checked in. Pros: The beds were comfortable. The fridge worked well. We appreciated the car charger. Coffee was always available. I do not think we would stay here again

My kids are I stayed at the Hampton Inn during the Easter weekend, March 29-31. Our stay was over all great. The building looks updated. Good breakfast. Locations is great. Walking distance to Safeway. Staff are great. My kids love swimming in the pool.

We had a wonderful stay here. The pool was perfect for the kids and the complimentary breakfast was great! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Kim at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. The hotel room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I did forget to pack a comb, and the hotel provided one. The breakfast was good and the kids loved the waffles. I will definitely be back. All staff was friendly, but Kim stood out to me.

My family had wonderful time staying here. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean & smell nice. Clean swimming pool and hot tub. Plus lovely compliments breakfast! This hotel is our family favorite now. 😊

Nice style property fits the little town's character. Close to highway, easy to find. Room was spacious and amenities as described. Excellent matress, slept like a baby. Service manager very friendly and helpful. If you don't trave often inform your credit/debit card company of your travel so that your card does not get locked on suspicion of fraud. You will NOT be able to check in without a valid and unlocked credit card no matter how much cash you have on hand. Knowing that, I don't hesitate to highly recommend this property.

Amazing clean and fun place for kids

Everything was great except the people upstairs from us. Sounded like the kids had taken over the room and were using the office chair as a race car back & forth over & over again at 7pm. Called the front desk & they were going to do a courtesy call. Which I think they did but then the kids started jumping on the beds or thumping around in other ways. We were just trying to relax after a long day & it was hard to hear the Tv over their nose

Even though our rooms weren't made available not until 6 pm, I still rated our experience as the best! I love the location and there's Safeway beside the hotel. The front desk staff (I forgot to get their names) were amazing!! I love our rooms. But the downer is the breakfast... it's only 9:15 am and there was nothing. It took a long time to replenish leaving us not being able to eat. Thete was a family on top of our room and the noise was endless! I hope that next time families with children and dogs will not be put on the top floor. But still these didnt dampen our experience. We would definitely come back😊
